  • Free Delivery All Over Bangladesh. (Depends on Product)
  • Cash on Delivery (COD) for regular delivery.
  • If we find any fraud/any kind of complaint against a client/any other reason, RECKON CLASSIC may refrain from providing free delivery to the client if we want.
  • If the client returns the product for any kind of reason, he/she must have to pay the full delivery charge.

Express Delivery

  • To get a same day delivery order needs to be placed before 11 am.
  • The order needs to be confirmed by the customer service team within 12 pm.
  • Product will be delivered to the customer within 6 hours of handing over to the delivery agent.
  • An express delivery charge of TK 200.
  • Coverage area – Dhaka Metropolitan range.

OUR DELIVERY PARTNER

  • For the nation, we deliver non-perishable goods nationwide through our courier partner SteadFast Courier & Pathao Courier.
  • Delivery Time: Inside Dhaka 2-5 days and Outside Dhaka 3-7 days. Due to unforeseen circumstances, delivery times may increase or decrease.

DISCLAIMER

  • At RECKON CLASSIC, we confirm customer orders only after clearly showcasing product color, size, and other relevant details through our website, social media, photos, or videos—and upon your agreement to our terms and conditions.
  • Any issue or discrepancy related to the product must be reported immediately while the delivery personnel is still present. Complaints made after the delivery agent has left will not be accepted under any circumstances.
  • Products with missing, torn, or tampered tags, stickers, labels, or accessories will be deemed ineligible for return or exchange.
  • Each product is eligible for one-time exchange only. RECKON CLASSIC does not bear any liability for subsequent exchanges.
  • All exchange and delivery-related costs are the sole responsibility of the customer.

Customer Responsibilities

Order Confirmation

All orders must be confirmed through our website, inbox, call, or messaging platforms before dispatch. Unconfirmed orders will not be processed for delivery.

Accurate Contact Information

Customers are required to provide an active and reachable phone number during the ordering process. Failure to respond to delivery calls may result in the order being canceled and the customer being marked as fraudulent for future transactions.

Product Verification Upon Delivery

  • We strongly encourage customers to inspect the product at the time of delivery. In case of size issues or defective items, customers must return the product to the delivery agent immediately.
  • Any issues regarding returns or exchanges must be reported within 2 hours of delivery.
  • Complaints made beyond this timeframe will not be accepted under any circumstance.

Refusal of Delivery

Orders may not be refused without valid reason once the delivery attempt has been made. If a customer refuses to accept the order at the door, they are still liable to pay the delivery charges. Failure to do so will result in the customer being blacklisted and possibly flagged for legal follow-up.

Returns & Exchanges

  • Customers may request a return or exchange under the following conditions:
  • There must be a valid and logical reason for the return.
  • The item must be unused, unwashed, and in its original condition with tags intact.
  • Discounted or promotional items are not eligible for return or exchange.
  • Delivery charges for returns/exchanges are to be borne by the customer.
  • Items damaged by the customer while trying on or handling will not be accepted for return or exchange.

Repeat Cancellation or Fraudulent Behavior

RECKON CLASSIC reserves the right to permanently suspend services to customers who engage in repeated cancellations or avoid confirmed deliveries without valid justification.

In cases of malicious intent, RECKON CLASSIC reserves the right to pursue legal action.

Advance Payments

In select cases or for high-value/custom items, we may require advance payment. This will be communicated clearly during the order confirmation process.

Prompt Communication

Customers are expected to respond to messages or calls from our customer support team promptly for any order-related communication. Failure to communicate may result in delays or cancellation of the order.

Post-Delivery Responsibility

If a customer notices a problem with the delivered product, they must report it to our customer service team within 2 hours of receiving it. The request will then be reviewed and eligibility for a refund, size exchange, or replacement will be decided at our discretion.

RECKON CLASSIC is not responsible for any delays, damages, or losses caused by third-party logistics or courier service providers. All claims for such incidents should be directed to the respective courier.

Website Errors & Pricing

In the rare event of typographical errors, incorrect pricing, or availability issues listed on our website, RECKON CLASSIC reserves the right to cancel or modify any order without prior notice. We also reserve the right to update information at any time.

Force Majeure

Disputes & Refunds

Payment Terms

We offer the following payment options for wholesale orders:

  • Full Advance Payment via bKash, Nagad, Rocket, or Bank Transfer.
  • Partial Advance (50%) for orders above ৳20,000, with balance to be paid before final dispatch.
  • Cash on Delivery (COD) is not applicable for wholesale orders.

Delivery & Lead Time

  • In-stock orders are usually processed and dispatched within 1–3 business days after payment confirmation.
  • Made-to-order or custom requests may require 5–10 business days depending on product type and order volume.
  • We use reliable courier partners such as Pathao, Steadfast, Sundarban, or SA Paribahan for domestic delivery.
  • For large-volume or outside-Dhaka orders, customers may choose to book their own transport or pickup.

Shipping Charges

Delivery charges for wholesale orders are borne by the buyer unless otherwise mentioned.

For Dhaka-based resellers, we can arrange same-day or next-day delivery depending on rider availability.

Return & Exchange for Bulk Orders

Due to the nature of wholesale transactions, returns or exchanges are not accepted unless the product received is:

  • Defective
  • Completely different from what was ordered
  • In such cases, buyers must notify us within 24 hours of receiving the shipment, along with unboxing photos or video proof.

If the delivery agent is unable to reach you despite multiple attempts:

Your name may be marked as a “fraud customer” in our system.

For future orders, we may require advance payment, including the previous delivery charge (if applicable).

Shipping Address Policy

Only one shipping address per order is allowed. Once the order is placed, changes to the shipping address are not permitted.

Remote Area Surcharge

Some remote or restricted areas may incur additional delivery charges depending on courier availability and regional accessibility.

RETURN EXCHANGE REFUND POLICY

RECKON CLASSIC is always committed to meeting customer satisfaction. If you are not happy with our products you can easily exchange them by maintaining the following rules.

  • All exchanges will depend on the stock availability.
  • Every customer must be informed to check the status of the product before they take delivery and place the payment by our delivery service provider.
  • Every customer must be encouraged about on spot return if they find a faulty item or size issue, by paying the delivery charge.
  • Upon receiving your exchange / refund request, our team will initiate the exchange / refund process, crosschecking and verifying the product. Wrong product, size or color sent by the delivery team.
  • The item must be unused and in its original condition.
  • Any product can be exchanged only once. RECKON CLASSIC is not liable for any kind of exchanges & exchange related expenses.
  • Once an ordered item has been exchanged, it cannot be exchanged again.
  • All exchange & delivery costs will be borne by the customer.
  • If the client wants to return/exchange the product after delivery/for any reason, he/she must bear the delivery charges.
  • If the client returns the product for any kind of reason, he/she must have to pay the full delivery charge.
  • If any part of a product, tag, sticker, or accessory is torn or removed, the product will not be eligible for return or exchange, customers have to pay the full amount.
  • Discounted products are not eligible for exchange or refund.
  • When a customer receives a product and delivery is about to complete, he/she has to let us inform the size and any defect issue on the item, while the delivery person is still present. RECKON CLASSIC will not be held responsible for any issues reported after the delivery person has left.
  • After the delivery of the product, the client can report the problem related to the product, to the RECKON CLASSIC customer service team within 2 hours of the delivery of a product. At the discretion of our team, we will inform the customer about the product later, whether any request for Size Change, Defective Product and Refund is applicable or not.
  • Any Exchange or Return issue must be reported / solved under 2-hour duration from the time of delivery. After that time period, the client would not be able to place any request for exchange or return.
  • In any case no money shall be returned to the customer. If he/she receives a faulty or damaged item from RECKON CLASSIC, it shall be forwarded to Online credit where they will be able to choose a similar product in the same or higher price range. 
  • Partial Refund Notice: In exceptional cases, if a client refuses a replacement product, only 60% of the total price paid, will be refunded. Delivery and process charges are non-refundable.
  • Any product/products purchased online, will be exchanged only online.
  • For cash-on-delivery orders, please be advised that cash refunds may not be applicable, and alternative refund methods will be employed.
  • An additional process fee will be charged for any exchange or refund.
